Frank's story starts in California where he helped found the South San Joaquin Republicans in an effort to bring together like minded Conservatives. He later served as a delegate from this northern Califorina county. Subsequently he became the San Joaquin County California Chairman for Senator John McCain's 2008 presidential campaign. When he researched Palin as a possible running mate for McCain, things changed for Sarah Palin.
